Free Legal Help for Homeowners with Title Problems
Is proving that you own your home a barrier to disaster recovery?
Were you denied FEMA or other assistance?
Did someone pass away, making you the the owner of your family home?
YOU MAY QUALIFY FOR THIS FREE SERVICE IF:
Your property was damaged in the 2016 flood
Your flooded home is your primary residence or it was and you plan to rebuild
Your property is located in East Baton Rouge, Livingston, or Ascension Parish
You meet income eligibility guidelines (see back)
You can apply for help any one of three ways:

Walk in to our Baton Rouge office at 715 St. Ferdinand St. on Monday or Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
