Este miembro del personal estar\u00e1 en la Unidad de Derecho Familiar en Nueva Orleans, asistiendo en asuntos de violencia dom\u00e9stica, y ser\u00e1 el primer punto de contacto para los clientes que busquen servicios legales civiles.<\/p>\n

Entre las funciones se incluyen la realizaci\u00f3n de tareas de admisi\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de elegibilidad de clientes potenciales, que incluyen, entre otras, las siguientes:<\/p>\n

  1. Responder y procesar llamadas de clientes potenciales y realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica de cada persona que llama para determinar si califica para una consulta legal; contestar el tel\u00e9fono y saludar a los clientes, evaluar, clasificar y realizar la admisi\u00f3n, y cerrar los casos de los clientes.<\/li>\n
  2. Ingrese la solicitud de asistencia legal en la computadora. Aseg\u00farese de que los registros inform\u00e1ticos sean precisos.<\/li>\n
  3. Entrevistar a los clientes y realizar evaluaciones de sus necesidades legales en materia civil.<\/li>\n
  4. Mantenga un suministro suficiente de los diversos formularios necesarios para la admisi\u00f3n, seg\u00fan lo exijan las regulaciones federales o las pol\u00edticas de la empresa.<\/li>\n
  5. Concertar citas para la admisi\u00f3n, asegur\u00e1ndose de que el cliente tenga la opci\u00f3n de acudir en persona o llamar para concertar su cita.<\/li>\n

    CALIFICACIONES M\u00cdNIMAS:
    \nGraduado de la escuela secundaria. Dos a\u00f1os de experiencia en el campo legal o experiencia en educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en la comunidad. (Los cursos en campos relacionados despu\u00e9s de la escuela secundaria pueden sustituir la experiencia). Excelente\u00a0Habilidades comunicativas. Capacidad para comunicarse con el p\u00fablico en general. Profesional, amable, cort\u00e9s y con un inter\u00e9s genuino en la comunidad de clientes.<\/p>\n

    Este puesto est\u00e1 clasificado dentro de la escala salarial de Personal Administrativo I. Es de tiempo completo y tiene un rango salarial de $32,625 a $49,625, dependiendo de la experiencia; por ejemplo, de 0 a 1 a\u00f1o es $32,625 y 15 a\u00f1os es $45,375, que es el salario inicial m\u00e1ximo.
