Descripci\u00f3n general<\/h1>\n<p>Servicios Legales del Sureste de Luisiana (SLLS) extiende esta solicitud de propuesta (RFP) para que un consultor realice un an\u00e1lisis de compensaci\u00f3n. El consultor colaborar\u00e1 con la gerencia de SLLS y el Comit\u00e9 de Personal de la Junta Directiva.<\/p>\n<p>SLLS es una organizaci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro exenta de impuestos 501(c)(3) que brinda asistencia legal de alta calidad a personas de bajos ingresos en asuntos civiles. SLLS atiende a clientes en veintid\u00f3s parroquias del sureste de Luisiana desde seis oficinas principales (Baton Rouge, Covington, Gretna, Hammond, Houma y Nueva Orleans). SLLS trabaja para eliminar las barreras de oportunidad, garantizando el acceso a vivienda, seguridad econ\u00f3mica, protecci\u00f3n y salud mediante representaci\u00f3n legal directa en casos civiles, promoci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas y educaci\u00f3n legal comunitaria. SLLS cuenta con m\u00e1s de 160 empleados, de los cuales aproximadamente 70% son abogados, y cada a\u00f1o contrata a cientos de abogados voluntarios y decenas de estudiantes de derecho.<\/p>\n<p>Bajo la direcci\u00f3n actual de SLLS, su escala salarial se actualiz\u00f3 en 2018, 2020 y 2022 con un suplemento salarial \u00fanico de $2,000 para todo el personal en 2023. En 2024, entr\u00f3 en vigor una escala salarial revisada, que fij\u00f3 los salarios en 60%, equivalentes al mercado de organizaciones sin fines de lucro y gubernamentales de Nueva Orleans. Excluyendo los puestos de liderazgo que no est\u00e1n incluidos en la escala salarial, SLLS describi\u00f3 nuevos puestos bajo los criterios de Personal y Administraci\u00f3n I, Personal y Administraci\u00f3n II, Personal de Finanzas, Abogados Principales, Abogados de Planta, Abogados Gerentes y Trabajadores Sociales. Tenemos un salario inicial m\u00e1ximo para las nuevas contrataciones con hasta 15 a\u00f1os de experiencia. SLLS aument\u00f3 los escalones anuales para Personal y Administraci\u00f3n I a $850, Personal y Administraci\u00f3n II y Finanzas a $985, y para Abogados Gerentes a $2000. Los $1,800 para el abogado del personal, el abogado principal y los trabajadores sociales se mantuvieron en $1,800.<\/p>\n<h1>II. Este Proyecto<\/h1>\n<p>SLLS busca un consultor para:<\/p>\n<p>1) Actualizar nuestra escala salarial para quince (15) puestos con un rango de 50% a 75% del mercado gubernamental y sin fines de lucro comparable en el \u00e1rea metropolitana de Nueva Orleans para una semana laboral de 37,50.<\/p>\n<p>2) Revisar si la compensaci\u00f3n adicional de $4,000 para el Gerente, de un Abogado de Planta a un Abogado Gerente, es suficiente y formular recomendaciones sobre una posible estructura de compensaci\u00f3n escalonada para Abogados Gerentes. Algunos gerentes supervisan a un empleado, mientras que otros pueden gestionar hasta catorce. Algunos gerentes tambi\u00e9n supervisan una oficina f\u00edsica, adem\u00e1s de gestionar personal. Todos los gerentes de SLLS reciben actualmente el mismo aumento salarial de $4,000 que un abogado de planta.<\/p>\n<h1>III. Criterios de evaluaci\u00f3n y adjudicaci\u00f3n del contrato<\/h1>\n<p>SLLS puede optar por programar entrevistas con consultores potenciales antes de adjudicar un contrato final.
