(HUD) \u2013<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vivienda p\u00fablica<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Secci\u00f3n 8 Asistencia de alquiler basada en proyectos, que incluye<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nueva construcci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Programa de la Agencia Estatal de Vivienda<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rehabilitaci\u00f3n sustancial<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Art\u00edculo 202\/8<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Servicios de Vivienda Rural Secci\u00f3n 515\/8<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reserva de gesti\u00f3n de pr\u00e9stamos (LMSA)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Disposici\u00f3n de propiedad reservada (PDSA)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Demostraci\u00f3n de asistencia de alquiler (RAD)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Secci\u00f3n 202\/162 Contrato de Asistencia al Proyecto (PAC)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Secci\u00f3n 202 Contrato de asistencia para el alquiler del proyecto (PRAC)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Secci\u00f3n 202 Contrato de asistencia para el alquiler para la preservaci\u00f3n de personas mayores (SPRAC)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Contrato de asistencia para el alquiler del proyecto de la Secci\u00f3n 811<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Esta regla NO se aplica a \u2013<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Programa de vales de elecci\u00f3n de vivienda de la Secci\u00f3n 8 (vales basados en el inquilino)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Programa de vales basados en proyectos de la Secci\u00f3n 8 (vales basados en proyectos administrados por una Autoridad de Vivienda P\u00fablica)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> \u00bfQu\u00e9 requiere?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El 8 de noviembre de 2021 entr\u00f3 en vigor un conjunto de nuevas regulaciones de HUD que requieren que los propietarios de las propiedades mencionadas deben avisar con m\u00e1s antelaci\u00f3n a los inquilinos antes de desalojarlos por falta de pago del alquiler durante ciertos desastres declarados a nivel federal en los que HUD ha publicado una determinaci\u00f3n para hacer cumplir las nuevas regulaciones. regla:<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se deber\u00e1 avisar con al menos 30 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n en caso de desalojo por falta de pago del alquiler; y<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El aviso debe notificar a los inquilinos sobre la asistencia de emergencia para el alquiler disponible e incluir <em>al menos<\/em> la informaci\u00f3n en el Ap\u00e9ndice de la Gu\u00eda complementaria del HUD adjunta (PIH 2021-29; H 2021-06)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">HUD public\u00f3 su determinaci\u00f3n de que existen las condiciones para que la norma entre en vigor <span style=\"color: #138a43;\"><a style=\"color: #138a43;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hud.gov\/sites\/dfiles\/PIH\/documents\/PIH-2021-29.pdf\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a><\/span>, por lo que actualmente se encuentra vigente.
