New Orleans will run a limited-time ticket amnesty program from June 1 to August 31, 2025.
New Orleans will give drivers with eligible parking and traffic camera tickets the chance to pay past-due tickets without incurring late fees.
Benefits:
- No late fees! Motorists will have the chance to pay initial fees only on late parking and photo safety citations from June 1–August 31, 2025.
- Immobilization of vehicles will be suspended, and no cars will be booted during the program period.
Who Qualifies – You may qualify if you have:
- A parking ticket more than 30 days past due (as of June 1, 2025)
- A traffic camera ticket more than 60 days past due (as of June 1, 2025)
- This offer is available to anyone with eligible tickets, whether they live in, work in, or have visited New Orleans.
Note: This program does not apply to NOPD-issued moving violations. For those, please visit Traffic Court.

- Pay online, by phone, or in person:
- City Hall: 1300 Perdido St., 1st Floor, Room 1W09
- City Auto Pound: 400 N. Claiborne Ave.
- Participants can pay in full or enroll in a flexible, interest-free payment plan.
