This position will be in the General Law Unit at the Baton Rouge office, handling Chapter 7 Bankruptcies and consumer debt matters, such as small collections.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed to practice law in Louisiana, pending Louisiana bar exam result.
Licensed to practice law in Louisiana, pending Louisiana bar exam result.
Admission to the Bar of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana will be required for bankruptcy court.
This position will be full-time with a salary range of $54,563 – $90,563, depending on experience. Additional compensation for bilingualism.
