How we can help
Our advocates can help homeless people:
- Get Social Security, SSI or other benefits if denied
- Handle complaints of police harassment
- Fight illegal barriers to voting, going to school, or other civil rights
- With most other civil legal problems
How to get help
All of our offices will help homeless persons who are otherwise eligible for our help and within our priorities. Come to one of our walk-in clinics (see below) or contact the office nearest you. You do not need an appointment to come to a walk-in clinic. When you meet with us, bring any and all papers that you have about your problem.
