Welcome to the SLLS North Shore Pro Bono Project.

The purpose of the North Shore Pro Bono Project is to provide free legal services in various civil matters to low-income residents of both St. Tammany and Washington Parishes who qualify.

Volunteering has rewards for attorneys across the board. We offer seasoned lawyers, newly admitted attorneys and retired lawyers valuable opportunities to serve the poor and foster the welfare of our community.

Your options are many and the need is great. You can serve as a pro bono lawyer, mediator, curator, mentor, or to staff an SLLS public service event and to allow us to use your name or firm name to show your support for our pro bono work. See our news, events and awards page here.
